Nigerian woman dies a day after her wedding (photos)


 A new bride has died just one day after her wedding day and friends are mourning her online.

 

The woman, whose name was given simply as Vivian, got married on Saturday, 18, but died on Sunday, 19.



Apparently, she was sick on her wedding day. As she walked down the aisle, she had a cannula for drip inserted into her veins and it remained in her hand throughout the ceremony.

 



Friends have expressed shock over her sudden death.

“They came into our lives together, they left together” – Man mourns his 2-year-old twin grandsons who drowned in swimming pool (photos)

  Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths of twin toddlers who drowned at a family home in Kloof Falls, on the KZN upper west highway, Durban, at the weekend. According to a spokesperson from Rescue Care, the two-year-old brothers died just before 5pm on Saturday afternoon, 20th  “Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find the twins had somehow fallen into the family pool. Paramedics assessed the two and attempted to resuscitate them. However, their attempts were not successful and both boys were declared deceased on the scene,” the spokesperson said. Taking to social media following the horrific incident, the boys’ grandfather, Ivan Ikes, said the twins’ parents had gone to sympathise with another family.
